Welcome to the Tanota family of companies. Our organization is involved in real estate developments on Guam. Our products include hotels, office buildings, shopping centers, commercial plazas, apartments and raw land. We are organized into Limited Liability Companies, each specializing in a particular area.

Tanota Partners, LLP holds some of our off-island and miscellaneous condo units and land holdings. Tanota Rentals, LLC holds our various apartment complexs, commercial plazas and warehouses. GSA Guam, LLP holds our office building leased to the Federal Government. Tanota Hotels, LLC holds the Bayview Companies. Bayview I, LLC owns parts of the Plaza shopping centers in Tumon. Bayview II, LLC owns a portion of the land under DFS. Bayview IV LLC owns 100,000 square meters of beach front land in the Tumon Bay area. Bayview V, LLC owns the Oceanview Residences, Oceanview Garden Court Hotel, Bayview Hotel, Tumon Crown land and land under the Pacific Place shopping center. Bayview Development is currently developing "Phase V" of our
Bayview project in Tumon.
